Products
BREWthis is equipped with a 7500mAh battery, capable of brewing up to 5 cups using the built-in heating system, or over 200 cups when hot water is used—all on a single charge.
Simply place the machine securely on the cup and let it operate. BREWthis ensures stability throughout the brewing process, allowing for a completely hands-free experience.
Cold water brews take just 180–250 seconds using the heating system, while hot water brews are ready through direct extraction in as little as 20 seconds.
BREWthis has a durable ABS resin and aluminum alloy exterior, with a food-grade stainless steel and BPA-free components inside.

Yes! BREWthis features an IPX4 waterproof rating, making it easy to clean and use under any conditions.
Brew this feature a simple one-button operation.
- Unlock Device : Press once to unlock device, and battery level will display as light indicators.
- Direct Extraction : Double press while the device is unlock to start direct extraction.
- Heating Extraction : Press and hold button for
5seconds to start heating process if you are using cold or warm water.
Important: Do not activate extraction when the water tank is empty.
Shipping
Unfortunately, we currently only ship within Malaysia. If you’re outside Malaysia and interested in purchasing,
please contact us at cs@brewthis.com.my. We might be able to make an exception!
West Malaysia takes around 4-7days,
East Malaysia takes around 10-14days.
We offer a 7-day return policy. Products must be returned in their original condition with packaging. For more details, please refer to our return & refund policy.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of defective or incorrect products. Please contact our customer service for assistance.
Orders
Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours after placing them. Please contact our customer service immediately if you need to make changes on your order.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You may use this number to track your package on our website or through the carrier’s tracking system.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service within 3 days after delivery. Provide your order number and photos of the damaged product, and we will assist you with a replacement.
We offer a 12-month Warranty. If you experience any issue with the product during this period, please contact us via cs@brewthis.com.my.
