Shipping Policy

At BREWthis, we aim to ensure your Portable Espresso Machine reaches you quickly and securely. Please review our shipping policy below for details on order processing, delivery timelines,
and other important information.

Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 10:00 AM (MYT) will be processed, packed, and handed over to the courier service on the same day.
Orders placed after 10:00 AM (MYT) will be dispatched the next day.

We process orders daily, including weekends and public holidays, to ensure minimal waiting time.

For pre-order or backorder items, shipping will depend on restock availability, which typically takes 5–10 days.
The estimated delivery timeframe will be displayed on the product page at the time of purchase.

Shipping Coverage And Rates

  • Malaysia: Free shipping on all orders, no minimum spend required.

All orders are shipped from Malaysia.

Delivery Timeframe

We use trusted courier partners such as J&T, DHL, and FedEx, depending on the fastest available route.

  • Malaysia: Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days.

All shipments are express delivery by default. While we strive to deliver promptly, delivery times may vary due to courier operations or unforeseen circumstances.

Customs, Duties, And Taxes

For shipments to Singapore, import duties and taxes are generally not required. In the event that such charges apply, we will cover all related costs to ensure a smooth delivery.

Should the shipment be returned due to customs rejection, a replacement shipment will be arranged immediately.

Order Modification

You may request changes to your order within 12 hours of placing it, unless it has already been shipped. To modify your order, please contact us through Email, WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook. All contact links are available on our website and Linktree.

Damaged Or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please take clear photos or videos and submit them to us within 7 days of delivery. Do not use the product if it is defective. All original components and packaging must be returned in their original condition.

We will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective products and will offer either a replacement or a full refund based on your preference.

Order Tracking

Once your order is confirmed, an invoice will be emailed to you. After the courier picks up your package, you will receive an email containing your tracking number directly from the courier service.
You can use the courier’s online platform to track your shipment at any time.
