Refund Policy

At BREWthis, we want you to enjoy every espresso moment. If your purchase doesn’t meet expectations due to product issues, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please read our refund and exchange policy carefully before making a claim.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable for defective products and must be reported within 7 days from the delivery date.

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
• All original components, accessories, and packaging must be returned exactly as received.
• If any parts or accessories are missing, only 50% of the refund amount will be processed.

Once approved, refunds will be made to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

• Defective Item: Must be reported within 5 days of delivery. BREWthis will cover all shipping costs for approved defective returns.
• Color Exchange: Must be requested within 5 days of delivery. Shipping costs for exchanges will be borne by the customer.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered, and all components must be included in the return package. If any accessories are missing, the replacement item will also exclude those same components.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange

To start a refund or exchange request, please contact us via WhatsApp or support@brewthis.my and include the following:

• Your order number
• Photos or videos showing the issue (for defective items)
• Your full name and contact information

Once verified, our team will provide you with instructions on how and where to return your item. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Products reported after 7 days of delivery
• Used, washed, or altered products
• Products returned without original packaging or accessories will only receive a partial refund of 50%
